LIST OF FIREARM REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

(Renewal every 5 or 10 years)

General Requirements:

  1. Two (2) copies of Application Form – Form provided by Trust Trade or maybe downloaded from our website
  2. Photocopy of valid License to Own and Possess Firearm (LTOPF) ID card
  3. Photocopy of one (1) Valid Government issued ID (GSIS/ SSS /Driver’s License/ Passport/ National ID/ Postal ID)
  4. One (1) pc 2×2 ID Picture with white background
  5. For Firearm Registration Renewal: Photocopy of expired Firearm Registration Card or Certificate of Firearm Registration Print Out

Additional Requirements for Taurus T4 or HPRFL (For LEA):

  1. Service Unit ID

 

If Transfer of Firearms, add:

  • Deed of Sale/Deed of Donation
