Faxon Match Series — 20" Heavy Fluted® .223 Wylde AR-15 Barrel (Rifle-Length Gas)

The Faxon Match Series 20" Heavy Fluted® .223 Wylde is built for stability, heat management, and long-range precision. The Heavy Fluted® contour increases stiffness and cooling surface area while trimming weight compared to a full heavy profile—ideal for sustained strings where point-of-impact consistency matters.

Machined from 416R stainless steel with 5R button rifling (1:8 twist) and treated with salt bath nitride inside & out, this barrel resists wear and fouling yet cleans easily. Every Match barrel is stress relieved, air-gauge tested, MPI inspected, and headspace verified. The M4 barrel extension is Nickel Teflon coated to improve lubricity and tighten the extension-to-receiver interface for repeatable accuracy.
